I can't help finding the story more and more arousing. But this last strip looks really unrealistic. I calculated a bit: Assumed that Jamies breasts have the approximate shape of an ellipsoid and the length of her forearms plus hands is about 0.5 metres. This means, the breasts have semi-major-axises of about 0.25m x 0.2m x 0.2m. Multiplicated with 3/4*Pi gives a Volume of about 0.024m³. Assumed that breast tissue has a similar density like water (993kg/m³), each breast weights 23.4kg wich means, she carries a weight of 46.8kg. You see, Jamie standing there with totally straight back looks kind of weird. Let her bend a bit forward and show some strained muscles to make the scene look more natural. :p ... Hmmm. I even ignored the law of mass conversion and just assume that the pills are magic or weight over 40kg or something. XD
